Reservation Confirmation:

Once the deposit is received, your reservation is confirmed and subject to our cancellation policies noted below.

 

Deposit release:

Your deposit will be fully released within 24h on your arrival.

 

Cancellation Policy:

$100 deposit by credit card is required at the time of booking for group of over 10 people. Should you cancel your reservation within 72 hours of the arrival time or fail to show for your booking, your payment will become non-refundable. Please contact us on 0416440331 or thewyatt.gordon@gmail.com to make any amendments to your reservation ASAP.

 

Cancellation Policy – The Wyatt :

Should you cancel your reservation within 48 hours of the arrival time or fail to show for the booking, a cancellation charge of $100 per group will be incurred.

 

Guest Contact Details:

In accordance with mandatory contact tracing obligations during the Covid-19 pandemic, contact details for all guests attending a reservation must be provided on arrival at The Wyatt. These details will be used solely for the purpose of tracing Covid-19 infections. You and your guests’ information will be stored confidentially and securely,  and will be cleared from our records after 28 days.
